Technical characteristics of the cable

The Elite 30 is a signal cable, usable in a balanced, unbalanced or semi-balanced configuration. It is formed, unlike its predecessors, by four cores each consisting of two conductors in very pure OCC solid core copper. The four conductors are divided into pairs, formed as follows: the first is composed of two conductors made of pure copper OCC solid core having a diameter of 0.5 mm for a single solid core, the second pair is formed, this time, by only one conductor always of the same diameter and with two filaments. All this follows the patented geometry called "AIR GEOMETRY". This configuration makes the air the main insulator of copper, the air is considered by the manufacturer the best system to isolate a conductor without creating those resonances of any other material " solid". One of the two pairs also has an aluminum sheet for total shielding.

The work complete the total immersion in the cotton to maintain the desired geometry and further dampen the resonances, the whole is then wrapped in a screen in aluminum foil and a PVC sheath finished with an external mesh always in pvc. Inside the structure there are two additional conductors (Drain wire), again in OCC copper, 0.5 mm in diameter, external to the main cores. In the end the cable has a greater shielding since the aluminum sheet, this time is also replicated on one of the two pairs of internal cores, giving greater protection from external disturbances and possible interactions between it. Furthermore, there is an extra core compared to the previous versions, and finally, the abundantly seasoned dish can be seen from the design of the cable section, as the latter presents a symmetry, between conductors and polypropylene filaments, alternating (in one of the pairs there is only one conductor and two PP filaments, vice versa for the second pair).

All this translates, after having conducted numerous instrumental and sonic tests, in a greater airiness not that the sound opening of the scene that appears before our eyes, the control of the low range seems to have acquired greater damping and in terms of extension a greater depth tangible. The microdetails have reached a remarkable intelligibility so as to create a perfect amalgamation with the rest of the sound stage.
